Fokovci Lodge, this house was built in 2005 and is in a rural area. It is a 5 bedroom house in the region of Prekmurje in the town of Fokovci. It retains mainly original features, such as beamed ceilings, original stoves etc.
It is 1 hour from the ski resort and 3 hours from the coast.
Everything has been done to give this house a great sense of luxury and warmth, a fabulous house to live in.

The Living room, this a very large room with high beamed ceilings and real wood floors, at one end of this great room is a large open fireplace for those winter nights. French doors lead out to the garden and terrace.

The Kitchen is an eat in farmhouse type area, which retains the original stove as well as being fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances.

The Master bedroom, this room retains the original wooden ceiling and fireplace.

The Bathroom, the ensuite has an old victorian roll top bath and extra large shower area. Woode panelling on the walls and real wood floor.

The Barn, the outside barn is very large and could either be kept as it is or renovated to provide more living space or even a seperate house

Views are to the front and are of the Wonderful Goricko hills and vineyards.
